Comment To Aanaiah
Kia Ora Ko Marta Toku Ingoa.
What I liked about your Mahi was learning about STEAM Electronics. We're learning about that too in our class. We get to choose what we want to discover more about for Makerspace. I think something you can improve on is make your words fit on the page because your words are falling off the page. We use google drawing and google docs to show our work and then embedd that into our blog so it doesn't go off the page. Can't wait to see

Shake Down Practice
I thought this was good that we practiced because if a real earth quake comes we would know what to do. What would you do if a earthquake hit your school?

Hey MyerMarta here, Just saying I love this Intro and I agree. We got to ban plastic because of what is happening to our sea creatures and land creatures such as birds. The one thing wrong is that Your words are to big and you need to check this because it has words going of the page. That's all I got to say Ether than that that is all. See You Later Alligator!
Plastic Pollution
WALT: Write an introduction for explanation writing.
S.C: I will identify what I am explaining
Plastic? Is it made to just help us carry our stuff? Because how I see it people use it to pollute our ocean and land. Did you know there are up to 30 million tons of plastic entering marine Waters each year.
Most of it starts out on land as a litter on our beaches, streets and sidewalks and then swept into storm drains, creeks, streams and rivers that lead to the ocean. Plastic is helpful for us to use but it is DANGEROUS at the same time because the plastic fly around the land and birds eat it like its food. Same goes with plastic in the ocean, plastic gets blowed in the water and then sea animals think it’s food and eats the plastic. When the sea animals eat the plastic, it thinks it’s full but it isn’t. It is an environmental Nightmare.Plastic does not biodegrade instead it photodegrade brake down under sun ultraviolet rays.(UV rays).throw-away plastics such as plastic bags, straws and McDonald cups are throw-away plastics because you use them once and then throw them away,Am I right you do that don't you? Use these throw-away plastics and grab them then when you're finished you throw them away.
So, how can we reduce the impact plastics has on our planet?
